When you shop at the store or use a service, the company may have conducted qualitative market research to develop their product or service.

How Does it Work?
When you join our panel, you will receive applications for paid studies by email.
Should you qualify after completing the application, a member of our team will contact you.
After your participation is confirmed as completed, you will receive your incentive.

How Do I Get Paid?
After your participation is confirmed as completed, you will receive your incentive from our provider, Tremendous.com, via email. If you do not receive the email to your inbox, please check your spam folder.
Within the email, you will access the platform by clicking the link included in the email where you will be able to select a gift card of your choice or choose to donate to a charity of your choice. You have the option to select a digital gift card or have a physical gift card mailed to you.
You can expect to receive your incentive email within one to two weeks after you complete the study. We make every effort to send you your incentive as quickly as possible. You can reach out to your Respondent Coordinator with any questions regarding your participation.
How Do I Find Out About New Studies?
The best way to find out about our paid studies is by joining our panel. When you join our panel, you will receive the latest available paid studies straight to your inbox as soon as they become available.

- Filling out a phone survey or online survey
- Testing products and giving feedback on their design
- Bringing a product home to test as part of your daily routine
- Testing the user experience of a website or mobile app
- Sharing opinions in a focus group discussion with other consumers, led by a moderator, on a particular topic or service

There may be a limit to the number of studies you can participate in during a certain period of time. Almost all types of research studies have a limit of one participant per household, though we occasionally have project opportunities for families and friends. Payment for these sessions varies – sometimes you get paid right at the completion of the session with either a gift card or cash or you will be provided with a check for your time as a “thank you”!
